Post-operative Care
To prevent recurrence after completed therapy, former periodontitis patients are enrolled in a prophylaxis programme. This includes regular check-ups by the dental professional and professional dental cleaning by trained staff at the dental practice.
The patient can also support the result long-term by following the instructions of the dentist and staff and maintaining consistent oral hygiene.
