Partial Dentition

When several teeth are missing, the resulting gap should be closed again. Otherwise, bone loss and dental and jaw misalignments may occur. The respective bone quality and the size of the tooth gap determine the exact number of implants to be placed. A major advantage of implant-supported bridges is that healthy adjacent teeth no longer need to be ground down. Visually too, implant-supported dental arches are the better alternative, as they ideally close flush with the gum line.
