CAD/CAM technology (Computer Aided Design, Computer Aided Manufacturing) enables individualised dental reconstructions and the most demanding implant prosthetics. Individual teeth, bridges and dental arches can be milled, for example, from high-strength, biocompatible zirconium dioxide. The model of the prepared tooth is digitally scanned with a laser scanner. On the computer, dental technicians model the framework of your dental restoration using specialised software. The data is transmitted to a CAD/CAM production centre. Using the latest technology, a precise, stable and biocompatible framework is manufactured from zirconium dioxide ceramic. The finished framework is hand-adjusted in the dental laboratory to match your individual tooth colour precisely.
